Currently, the market share of power products is gradually increasing, such as in advanced power supplies, electric vehicles, charging piles, high-speed rail, and smart grids, to meet current regulatory requirements for energy saving and carbon reduction.
PASC was established in 2022 and based on the team’s extensive development experience, we began mass production in 2024. Moreover, in our production lines, equipment was specifically chosen to match the characteristics of silicon carbide, establishing a comprehensive setup from epitaxy to CP testing. Product development is also becoming more diversified, covering consumer needs based on 650V, 1200V demands related to electric vehicles, and the high-voltage market above 1700V. By 2025, all products are expected to be completed, with plans to advance into the ultra-high voltage market above 3300V and develop more efficient device structure by 2026。
Currently, PASC focuses on JBS and MPS structures in the SBD series products, which feature lower leakage current and achieve higher breakdown voltage due to PASC’s process capabilities. Regarding MOSFETs, the company plans to complete planar structure products by 2025, followed by development toward trench structure.
In addition to PASC’s own development platform, it also offers options for customizing products to meet customer needs and designing products for clients. Customization helps customers develop unique products for the market, while the product design service supports customers without design capabilities in creating exclusive products for their brands.
