TASC has embraced our mission of sustainability and giving back to the community. Welfare groups and disadvantaged groups in Hsinchu and neighboring regions receive high priority. Volunteer employees negotiate with neighboring communities and play a part in social services so that the company’s sustainability management ideal can be implemented and given back to society. We also hope this will help employees balance their work and life.

The TASC Medical Foundation was founded to support the development of preventive healthcare, promotion of medical research, and enhanced national healthcare. The Foundation focuses on caring for disadvantaged families and provides emergency assistance plans. It also supports charitable healthcare partnership programs at leading hospitals through donations of medical equipment and charity funding, in fulfillment of our corporate social responsibility and as a contribution to society.

In alignment with the group’s commitment to ESG development, our company has invested NT$20 million in local Taiwanese films for 2024. This effort underscores our dedication to supporting Taiwan’s cultural and creative industries. Films such as 「Doubles Match」、「THE UNIFORM」、「Marching Boys」and「How Can It Be? My Ancestor is Your Ghost 」have been released throughout 2024.

At the Nanliao Fishing Port in Hsinchu, we organized the “United Efforts, Brightening the Ocean” beach clean-up event. The campaign saw 468 Tasc employees and their families participating. Covering an area of 88,500 square meters—equivalent to nearly 211 basketball courts—they worked tirelessly under the scorching sun. In just 1.5 hours, a remarkable 1,804 kilograms of marine waste was cleared, averaging 3.8 kilograms per person. This achievement raises awareness of ocean conservation and reminds everyone to recycle waste in their daily lives, contributing to a healthier and more beautiful ocean.

By actively supporting Taiwanese local films, Tasc Group contributes to the sustainable development of Taiwan’s culture. These films also serve as a meaningful way for our employees to appreciate the underlying messages within each production. For instance, Doubles Match reflects the current state of our group subsidiaries, where each company strives for excellence in its own field. Despite the challenges and hardships encountered on the path to success, the journey of self-surpassing and perseverance brings about accomplishments and glory. Just like the young athletes in the film aiming to become world champions, we aim to excel in our respective domains.

Upholding the philosophy of “caring for and giving back to society,” Tasc Group understands that a corporation’s responsibility goes beyond creating economic value. It is also about making a positive impact on society. As part of the “Grow Up Safely and Warmly Christmas Wishes” initiative, we donated NT$300,000 to purchase new refrigerators for orphanages and our employees sponsored 50 small gifts.
